    A year ago, my boyfriend introduced me to the benefits of taking cod liver oil on a daily basis. This has been my go-to brand ever since. I couldn’t get into swallowing 2 table spoons of cod liver oil everyday, so I opted for taking capsules. What I love about these soft gels are that they are small and easy for me to swallow. I’ve been purchasing this brand ever since. Amazon, unfortunately ran out of stock on these capsules once, and I bought another brand, thinking it wouldn’t make a difference. I had to give that other brand’s capsules to my boyfriend, as they were too large, which made it hard for me to swallow.

    I love these capsules and highly recommend them.

    As a person diagnosed with Asperger syndrome I bought these softgels mainly for the vitamin A as studies I’ve read have shown that vitamin A is good for people on the autism spectrum. I’ve also heard it is good for maintaining eyesight with people. I don’t have much of a problem with that though, but that’s a plus for people who do struggle with that. I can’t really tell what the effects of these softels are as I just recently started taking them, but I can only think that I’m benefiting from taking them.

    Before taking these I had eaten maybe 2 hours before. Soon after taking the lm with water I got a tummy ache that lasted an hour and a half. I decided to get something to eat to make my stomach ache better. It say wat with or without food. The tummy ache ended up going away. These are beneficial to my heath so I will stick with them. I may take them just once a week since they act as a blood thinner from what the bottle says

    Very happy with this product. I have been taken this cod liver oil since last year November. I’m a nurse and sometimes I get sick from whatever I encounter particularly in the cold months. However, since I start taken this product, I haven’t been feeling sick thank God. I have more energy. I have been taken seven seas cod lever oil for years. This one by far is the best. I definitely recommend this product. No longer seven seas!

    It’s difficult to know if losing some weight and modifying my diet have positively impacted my knees or if the cod liver oil gets the most credit. But since starting the cod liver oil in July, my knees feel GREAT! Much better than even the effect of cortisone shots. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. And I have taken them in the morning without food without a fishy response.

    The order came fast and as described. I ordered cod liver oil to help with the absorption of other fat soluable vitimans I was taking. I’ve taken the plain oil mixed with orange juice before but belched fish throughout the day. I decided to give these gel capsules a try and have been very satisfied.     This supplements my Salmon Oil quite well. No fishy after taste, easy to swallow smaller softgels that contain 415 mg of Cod liver oil. The minimum of other ingredients plus the price makes this a real deal. I’ll certainly buy again….thanks!!
