So far, so good. Its difficult to find magnesium glycinate inexpensive AND without additives. I’ve been using Drs. Best for a few years at bedtime. It has improved my sleep ( not my headaches though). However, each is only 100 mg and it does contain magnesium stearate. The Premium magnesium has no fillers, is not a horrible price and has more in each capsule. I sleep deeper and don’t have to take as many now. I like them!

I’ve been using magnesium for quite a while to help with peri menopause related mood swings after my doctor wanted to put me on an antidepressant. It helped tremendously and also helped a few other issues I didn’t know were caused by a magnesium deficiency. I was using another brand and, when it was time to reorder, the price had jumped significantly. That’s when I found Dr. Martin’s. Not only is the price cheaper but the dosage is higher! Thank you! Oh, and I never took the antidepressants!!!

I am type 2 diabetic and my blood sugar levels especially after eating go crazy. I am a foodie and so I use this and ashwaganda to control my blood sugar levels. It works wonders! Anyone diabetic should look at natural ways to control their sugar levels not take medication

I wouldnt reccomend this particular product. I have been taking magnesium glycinate for awhile and this one seems to not work nearly as well. I also notice that I wake up more through the night and have a mild headache in the morning. Something seems off about it.

The brand that I usually buy increased their price by about $9 per bottle, so in my search for a better price and yet good quality product, I found Dr Martin’s Nutrition at a much lower price. I thought I’d give it a try, and am very pleased with the product. I take Magnesium Glycinate supplements to help maintain healthy bone density, as well as to help relax my legs as I have restless leg syndrome. So far, I’m very happy with Dr Martin’s supplement, and will continue to use it!

I started using the magnesium
glycinate due to muscle pain and spaums knowing that deficiency can cause this to happen. It does not cause diarrhea like other forms of magnesium. The product was received on time and in good condition.
I will continue to use this product as long as it stays available from Amazon.

After learning of the critical role of magnesium supplementation, I went right out and bought an inexpensive product ending with “ide.” I paid with stomach upset. Then I tried a more pricey option ending in “ate” but the dosage was too low. Now I am very happy with this high dose, easy on the stomach, AND recommend taking before bed because the relaxant claim worked for me, as well! Will buy this one again!

I take two at night before bed. I was waking up with heart palpitations and I believe I was low in magnesium. Most people are low if not supplementing. In some ways, the jury is still out on Magnesium Glycinate but one of the main reasons I bought was hoping to be able to fall asleep easier and it does help there. That alone is worth 5 stars. Some articles I read stated it also helps with Restless Leg and Muscle Cramps. That is where the jury is still out. I hope in time I will see improvement. The capsules are not huge so easy to swallow. I received shipment on time. I will purchase again.

Think this is one of the best values available. I am using this for few weeks but I already felt the effects of mag glycinate on my first use. It gave me 8-9hrs of deep sleep and vivid dreams. Going to buy this again and I prefer this products to anyone! 🙂
